Great apartment, staffing is okay

This apartment is AMAZING! Great location, the amenities are perfect (pool, rooftop patio, huge community room, trash chutes, etc), and the actual units are good sized. The only drawback is staff are really hard to get ahold of and the business office is never open.

Noisy and Cheap

I have lived here for 6 months and truly regret it. This building feels very cheap and uses poor quality finishes. The number one issue you'll have here is NOISE. The noise isolation between neighboring units is fine, I've never heard the neighbors on either side of me. The neighbors above me? Every footstep. My ceiling shakes. Children screaming every night. It's a nightmare! That is not an exaggeration, it's like having roommates. If you like to quietly enjoy your home, I would look elsewhere. Or at least get a unit on the top floor.

Nice place. Dogs a problem.

Lived here over a year. For the most part, things have been great. It would be great if there were at least covered parking. Also, for those of us that are not dog owners, sometimes neighbors dogs can be a problem. Noise, soiling the walkways, smells in the staircase and elevators, not great. It helped when the walk way carpets were cleaned. Maybe clean those on a more regular basis. Only was done once in the year and 3 months I was here. Noise is also a bit of a problem sometimes but its not too bad. Wish there were more units with balconies. I was told I had the option if someone moved. That never came up. Also, the rent price is a bit high compared to other options. Overall, its a good place close to a thriving part of town.
