Incredibly well managed apartment complex!
I've had nothing but a great experience at The Conrad. The communal spaces are kept clean, the management has been very helpful, and maintenance has been very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great place to live
I really enjoy living here, the option to park in the garage is great, staff are all friendly, and maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. The walls are somewhat thin, however it's not anything that prevents me from sleeping!

Living at the Conrad
The Conrad is close to Westroads, Target, and the Neighborhood Wal-Mart. Old Town is a short drive away. Maintenance is prompt with any issues you submit, and they have an emergency number you can call after-hours. The staff has always been helpful if I had questions. The pool and the hot tub are nice to have as well.

Great place & well built!!
We lived here for two weeks and enjoyed it. We hoped we'd stay longer. The lease breaking was handled professionally.
