We really enjoy how spacious the apartments are. It really is comfortable for any type of family. The location is also really convenient as well. Close to everything. The staff and maintenance really try and get things done as quickly as possible. The complex is right by the walking trail and across the street from a good park for kids. Centre Ridge needs to update thier playground. Not very good. They need to add a few more bbq stations around the complex. Also they need a get our gym back and working. Hasn't work in years. They also have a problem with our pool. Never does open in time for summer. If they fixed the outside lights on all the apartments, it would bright up the place. Maybe thieves would think twice. If the little things got taken care of, it be a wonderful place to live.

We like the location. As far the apartment it really needs updated with the appliances in the apartment its self. Parking could be a little better. Maybe less weeds and trash around some of apartments would make it look a little better.

The complex is adequate. Staff is professional and I've never been ignored for a maintenance request. Although we went nearly a whole year without anyone cleaning the hallways, I didnt mind vacuuming my level once in a while, that service seems to have resumed. My only real qualm is the rent. Rents are going through the roof in Omaha and this property appears to have followed suit. Lowering rents by 100 to 150 dollars a month would be a much more realistic value of these apartments. Especially considering you are billed by the property owner for the hall lights, washer use (which is also a pay machine) and gas/water/trash. Not only do you pay a lot in rent, but the owner doesnt cover the amenities that used to make renting worth it. Otherwise, no complaints.
