high rent,ots of pothole in the parking lot. everything breaking and not enough maintenance team. hard to. reach office

Pretty Dang Good
We haven't had many maintenance concerns while we have been here, which in my experience has always been a bigger problem with some other complex's we've lived at. My one and only gripe is that it feels as though there isn't often staff to talk to outside of the customer service line, which is only a problem to me because I work in customer service and hate speaking to people through a phone call.
