Convenient and great location

I enjoy living here. It is a great location within walkung distance to a grocery store, restaurants, hair salons, a vet clinic, etc. Parking is easy, nice amenities, staff is always super helpful and friendly. It’s not cheap but you get what you pay for in terms of location and convenience.

Great area overpriced

My experience has been well. Like the “security”/butterfly system. Parking upstairs is impossible at times if need to just run in real quick. Definitely overpriced but not overly.

Very loud, not obeying noise ordinance from garbage/recyclin

There is a legal noise ordinance in the state of North Carolina, that is from 10 PM to 7 AM, and that is not being obeyed by the outside service people in our building. There are dump trucks delivery trucks, recycling trucks starting sometimes at 4:30 in the morning and that is completely unacceptable, as we are paying a significant amount of money to live here, and are not being able to even sleep peacefully to be able to work the next day. this needs to be addressed with the city, and it immediately should be taken care of because this is in breach of contract with the noise or ornaments
