There have been nice updates on the exterior. Interior apartment updates are needed. Cabinetry is poor quality as are the appliances. Why are there no step in showers in a 2 bedroom apartment?

The Lennox apartments are older apartments. They look like older apartments with outdated carpets and updated fixtures, which can be considered part of it's charm... or not. The main attraction to the Lennox is the location - Starbucks on one end and Whole Foods on the other, which are both in walking distance. The buildings are clean and well kept. The community is overall quiet and neighbors are respectful, and the office staff is helpful. I've been fortunate to meet some very nice people in the building. The area is quiet and walkable. As for amenities, it's not the greatest: the pool is small, the gym is very small but functional, and coffee bar didn't work when I tried to use is. Also it's not a coffee bar. It's just a coffee machine - bring your own cup, cream, sugar, etc. If amenities are important to you, please take a tour before making a decision. The closets are also smaller on average. If closet size is important, please beware. There are newer apartments in the area that are cheaper, larger, and have beautiful amenities. It depends on what you're looking for and what's important to you. If being in a central location with basic needs at you fingertips is what you're looking for, the Lennox may be a great option for you.
