Just a few concerns.

Hello to whom this may concern, I recently moved to Bell Timacuan and over all I love the location / staff. I only had a few concerns I wanted to address. When I moved into the unit I was given an inspection sheet. I noted all my concerns on the unit I moved into on June 10, 2020. There are still a few things that haven't been looked at or given the time of day. Maintenance did come in and fix a few things here and there but non of my main concerns were fixed. I still have a lifted section of my rug as I was told it they had installed a new one but no one came out to fix it. I have a piece of my counter lifting from the wall in my kitchen. I have water damage in my garage and its now been a little over a month or two and nothing has gotten fixed. I did however have a guy from maintenance come in and take photos but no action was done. * As I'm Very aware that maintenance sometimes comes in the units and has keys but last week I had an issue with my smoke detector, and come Morning my dog starts barking because someone is entering my home with no knock/ ring of the bell. To me as a resident that's a little alarming. All of which not sitting right with me at all.
