Only has one trash can and way to many buildings so the front always looks messy

Amenities are not up to date, maintenance takes their time fixing appliances and work orders. Carpet doesn't get replaced or cleaned. Needs updates Amenities for kids.

The units are a great size the staff is amazing the maintenance is punctual and tries to take care of all your needs as the best to their abilities there really is no amenities because the pool is only open to a certain time and on certain days the weight room is not really a weight room it's just 2 ellipticals that are open during business hours there is no volleyball nets on the volleyball court The only thing that people seem to use are the basketball courts other than that there really are no amenities it would be awesome if there was a bigger 24 hour weight room with key access. And if the pool was also open 24 hours but just monitored on the camera. The apartment has potential to be more but the fact that the gates do not work there's no key access even though we have the accessibility to do it I think it would add more of a value to the place if the gates and key access did work. As well as the trash situation maintenance help maintenance has to literally clean the trash up every morning which I'm pretty sure is the vein of their existence at the moment.

It’s like the people in your building have no regards to working resident. They run up and down the stairs and it feels like the whole building bout to fall apart, before the break of dawn it’s like their redo the whole apartment above us my kids be scared to sleep in their room.
