First and foremost I would like to thank Ms.Tee for her continued support and commitment to making my experience at Arbor Lakes the best I have ever had period. She’s friendly, helpful, dedicated and very knowledgeable about everything you need to know about the property and what it has to offer. She made moving fast and easy on her end and when she tells you she’s going to have something done in a specific timeframe she keeps her word. This community, even though it’s a rental truly feels like a HOME. From application to move in this has been the easiest moving transition ever. And that is 100% due to the property manager Tontita Patterson. Her customer service is above & beyond anything I’ve ever experienced woth a rental company and I have been an adult renter for over 20 years. She answers questions quicky and efficiently, is warm and kind in every interaction, and it is her mission to make her residents feel served, valued and seen while performing her duties. Tee is effective, efficient and friendly. She is the reason moving to Arbor Lakes feels like coming home.
