They really keep up with the property but the stairs need to be updated and the banisters need to be painted

The Apt was nice, but that was all; Maint Supervisor has a Felony Criminal Record, and he directs his staff to make racial and homophobic slurs at Residents. The Office staff never leaves the Office, to see what is really happening in the Complex; so all Resident Concerns fall on deaf ears, and NOTHING is done about them. Overall; if you want to live in a Apt Complex that allows Residents to disobey the Rules and get called Racial Slurs, then this is the place for you, but not for me; after 2 years of that; I left and good riddance.

When I was searching for a secure place to live in Orlando area and a place with great location and plenty of amenities. I found Lake Edge Apartments. In the years that I have lived here, has been most rewarding, comfortable and almost like resort. Office staff very helpful in assisting and answering questions. Also, if you have any repairs, maintenance is prompt in responding.

In the las past 2-3 years ago the living here is veryyyyyyy diferent, now everyone rent here when you have good credit and this is the difference is wheterever live here have good credit, now to me is difficult find parking because the visit park in this area near of my townhouse, if not comfortable to me.
