Below average for what you pay. Noise starts sooo early. Maintenance people don’t necessarily wanna to do their jobs, manager at the office doesn’t know the laws and other major issues.

Best Move

Living in Heathrow MAA has been very good. Staff takes concerns/issues seriously and actually make solutions. The maintenance team is great and very friendly! It is nice to be able to sleep at night for once vs Lake Mary property. Very family oriented. It is nice seeing the kids out and about. Great location and property is always in good condition. Hoping to stay here another few years.
