I have lived here with my partner for almost 3 years and we are quite content with this apartment. It's given us just enough space for our first home together to live comfortably. The maitenence staff is very quick and efficient, they are always reliable when we need them which isn't too often. It's also in a very nice location with a lovely park and plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores within a very short and convenient distance. We feel pretty lucky to be able to call this place home.

We have lived since 2021. We love the property and the area that is it located in. We feel very blessed to call Maa Lake Mary our home. Amazing staff from management to the sales office and the maintenance department. We always recommend this property to new residents.
