Horrible Pricing

Highly recommend you staying away from this apartment complex due to its insane pricing when you have to sign a contract renewal . They are increasing rent on the same contract length by $1132 which would be a 50% increase! If I need to go month to month the rent would go up to $4110, an insane 82% increase. This is on top of it being one of the oldest complex's in the area that needs a lot of work. If you do live here; their dumpster is also always overfilling, but if you leave your trash by the dumpster you will get fined! Please save yourself the trouble from renting from MAA.

The maintenance team is always an awesome experience. Nick, William and Max always help me understand what's going on, and they are always friendly and SO kind. I feel well cared for.
