I moved here in December of 2021 and the property management company has changed twice since. Rent has went from 1570 to 1800 in just under two years. I live in a 775 sq ft 1 BR/1 BA. I love it, but the greed to price everything as high as they can is killing this place. The location is perfect and I love my neighbors, but I can't see paying $2000 for a 1 BR/1 BA that's not top notch luxury. It is nice, but not $2000 a month nice.
