points to improve

I'd like to register a complaint regarding the printer available at the coworking space. Since our arrival at the condominium in June, it has been out of ink, and despite having visited the office several times, the problem remains unresolved. It shouldn't be so complex to replace the ink so that the services Solay claims to offer are actually available. Furthermore, the coffee machine is rarely fully operational, either out of cups or out of order. I've never seen the promised water available at the gym. The structure of the property as a whole leaves gaps as it lacks any acoustic protection and is very noisy at any time of the day. The condominium as a whole sells itself as a luxury property, but except for the location, it has many points that could be improved.

Our co-working space is a popular amenity and the printer ink does run out quickly due to the high usage but we do regularly replace it. The gym water and coffee supplies are also restocked frequently, though demand can be high at times. We’re working on improving our response times and consistency across all amenities. Nice place to live. Gets noisy sometimes with the clogged trash compacter but very nice and it has been improving eit the noise.
