My apartment is outdated. The carpet is coming undone. The cabinets our rusted and you can tell there was no real thought put into this place. My friend lives in a different building then I do and her apartment is updated and very updated. When I asked if i could I change the cabinets myself I was told no. I think its unfair I am paying 1,057 dollars a month for an apartment thats very out dated.

Its safe and I haven't had any issues. Friendly staff and gets things fixed on time. It's a nice chill place to live. The only concern I have Is the lighting, I just feel its a little to dark where I reside and my apartment is beside a lake and at night it gets scary I've seen bob cats, a fox, and bats, snakes and I just wish they would put a spot light or something in the middle of the building where my walk way is for the night time so that I can feel safer and see what I am walking on since its just myself and my children. That is my only concern.
