Good amenities

I like the saline based pool (no chlorine), there is a beautiful trail behind the community and inside also, great for walking, jogging, roller skating etc. Noise in the apartment is pretty bad, walls are paper thin, you can hear literally everything your neighbors do. Staff is a bit inconsistent, sometimes service is on point, sometimes you cant get a hold of them. The pool lounges all broke and havent been replaced still after a year or so. I love the garden feature but I have been on the waitlist for years and since there are empty and unused beds every time I check i think nobody’s really trying to keep track of them and pass them on to new owners.

Pleasant

Nice place to live, great people but parking continues to be an issue. At least 3 times a week I have to park accross around Building 7, when the cars parked in the resident spaces aren’t sporting parking decals You have a good system, please enforce it!

Beautiful apartment

Have lived here for 3 years. Mostly good. Amenaties for the price of rent are not enough. Parking is not enough. Maintenance people are quick and polite. Grounds are kept up nicely. Gates often out of order. Apartment is very spacious and very nice!
