I've been living here for almost a year now, and I have no complaints about living here. Great amenities, great staff, great communication

    5/5 Jennifer M. on Nov 8, 2023

My family and I have lived at Grandville for a year and just decided to renew our lease for another year. We couldn't be happier with our choice to live here. Our two bedroom/two bath apartment is beautiful and spacious. They have a beautiful resort style area pool with grill and gazebo. They use SmartRent which allows you to control certain devices from your home such as your thermostat and double check that your home is locked, safe, and secure.
