I love living here but my only complaints is the gym that hasn't been open the whole 2 years I've lived here and the lack of guest parking but that's only cause I hear about it from friends

I enjoyed living at ParcHill for my 11 month lease. It is a well kept up community. Very peaceful during the day (before school let out). You can enjoy a walk around the community and get fresh air. The interior of the apartments are beautiful, however, very cheaply done. You can hear the neighbors talking word for word and you can hear the toilets flush down your walls. Foot steps can also be heard very clear (even small ones from my two year old). You will get complaints if your neighbors aren't used to apartment living. The amenities suck. The gym was closed the entire 11 months and there is no pool. I personally hate the fake baalconies too. I need access to fresh air without opening the window! The playground is in the sun so children do not like to play there. The kids actually hide under the playground where there is shade. Overall if this property is used for transitioning it is a great place to stay. So many awesome stores near by! No trouble. Maintenance guys are great. Thanks for being a part of my journey! Good luck to any new residents.
