Great location, grrat amenities but not maintained well. Lots of stains on the carpet in the walkways, dog hair averywhere on the stairs, garbage smell in the common areas.

We have been at the Allure property for almost one year. We love the location and the building. Unfortunately, it is very noisy. We are on the third floor, and the unit above us is constantly doing things to make it noisy. It could be them just walking on the wood floors—I think the building wasn't built to manage the noise between floors.

Since I moved in last year, there has been leak from top bathroom into my bathroom. Issue lingered for several months last year, and every time maintenance will change the bulb ( which would go bad with water leak) , and only after several complaints they did the plumbing n took the mold ceiling, but left such a mess in my apartment. The water leak issue happened again this year, and while new manager took action right away, but the glue chemical that is put in the pipe has been so bothersome for my breathing and even last year I used to smell something but I didn't know what it is. I have asked few times about the glue brand/ name to see if I could be allergic to some contents and hoping to get the details. So overall it's been frustrating to say the least where I couldn't shower properly for few months last year due to water dropping from top and even this year few days.

Our property manager Melisa, is amazing! Ahes prompt, and always thinking of the residents. It can get a little noisy in the pool/zen garden area, but that’s to be expected.
