Been here about a month and so far it's been great. I hear minimal noise. Only issue is garbage is never thrown in the incinerator where it's supposed to go, don't understand how people don't follow directions. Maintenance seems to be non responsive, as my a/c is leaking water. Would like it seen to before it's a bigger issue. Other than that, I have no issues. Office staff is pleasant and friendly.
