This apartment complex, the staff (office and maintenance) have been a great experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly, willing to help you. The location for me is great, a lake behind apartments and a big park across the street, a couple stores w/in walking distance. They also strive to keep the complex nice, all the tenants happy, noise levels down. I highly recommend checking any complex that this company has. The units are nice, clean, spacious and bug free!! ??

Our gate have been broke for like 2 years. The stairs is filthy.

I emailed my office with inquiries 2 months and have yet to receive a response/ then I was asked to recertify in June/ I scrambled everything together just for them to just now 9/16 review it and tell me it needs to be up to date! Not to mention my lease expired 8/23! I’m very disappointed in the lack of customer service!
