Maintenance requests get handled pretty quick. Rent is a bit more expensive but the location is really good, quiet, and safe. Would recommend.

My family and I just moved to Enders place and I'm lost for words. It's extremely luxurious, amazing location and it has the best school in Orlando (A rated schools). If you ever drive or live in celebration in Kissimmee FL, it's just like it but more together in the community. Shaina at leasing office did understood our vision and our family needs.

We lived in a townhouse at Enders for 1 year while building a home. It is the best value apartment complex in Orlando. Unit is updated and clean. Staff is attentive and friendly. Maintenance team is efficient and kind. Location is excellent. Amenities are perfect. 10/10
