I have lived here for 3 years. I enjoy the saltwater pool and the gym. I do not enjoy living here like I used to. Problems: 1. The gym equipment is always broken and nobody comes to fix it 2. The pool stays locked until I have to call and have someone come unlock it 3. The fabric on the lounge chairs at the pool are hanging on by a thread. 4. Gas grills are always down 5. Rent increase was 30% this year. UNACCEPTABLE Thank you
