Not bad. But bit expensive with the ammineties compared to the neighborhood apartment just right next door.
Calm Nice Natural Place
Such as nice place, i was living here around 1 year, is a quite place with a lot of trees, you can feel the nature. I would recommend more maintenance in the common areas like the pool and grill areas.
Westlake
Average full renovation is 15-20. Carpets should be changes about every 5 yrs. Ive been here 5. This was build in 2000 (24 yrs ago) and my unit still remains unrenovated not even carpeting to say the least though prices increase for the untouched units. Añso theres recurrent plumbing issues. They do have other beautiful updated units but with new construction all around, if the prices match chances are better reconsidering neighboring places like Story as some have excellent amenities, carwash and consistent management, maintence and services and cleanliness where you can see your $ well spent otber than patch surface upkeeps.
Friendly quiet apartments
So far i have really enjoyed it. The outside is beautiful, amenities are awesome, cozy apartment for me and mu cats.
