Good value, bad maintenance
I've lived here for about a year now, and the biggest concern is maintenance. As far as the apartments go, they're older but in decent condition, and you get a sizeable apartment in a central location in Sanford for the price you pay. My biggest issue is getting anything resolved by the maintenance department, as they'll gaslight you or try to undercut the work which causes more tickets and requests to be placed and more frustration.
