2 years the pool and is affordable is calm and quiet and clean

A little pricey for a 1 bedroom. The front pool is shut down a lot. There’s a lot of kids that scream and carry on when the pool is open. Nobody cleans up after their dogs. And our downstairs neighbor likes to rev up his Harley motorcycle at 7-8 in the morning everyday. Other than that, maintenance has always been very good for us.

Been here 16 years. Maintenance support is always great. Used to have a Hot Tub with the front pool in 2010, 3 years later it became a fire pit... It would be amazing and high quality if the pool was maintained 12 months in the year (This is Florida).

Good at this price point, but verify that the washer and dryer are in good condition and included in the unit, along with other utilities, before accepting or renting.

I dont want to leave a review but this system is forcing me to. For the cost here I would prefer to live in a house. SMOKERS everywhere yet this is claimed to be a smoke free community.

There needs to be more visitor parkingfor sure!... The MAIN AMENITIES AREA should be resident ready at ALL TIMES especially since we pay for all of the ALLOCATED FEES that are added to our rent.. the DOG Parks.. Not all owners are picking up there dog "mess" when they have done their business. Make sure our gates are secured and not broken for more than a week. Also stop trying to dictate what we can do inside of our own homes or on our patios, that we can't have certain things on the patio, unless the company is fined by, I guess the fire department but nonetheless we pay such extra fees to enjoy the home any, way, we see fit legally and respectfully.. I can understand it not being cluttered, but at the same time, stop telling us what to do inside of our homes as far as intriguing how we wind down. As far as all of the rules that goes along with certain things that 99% of us do on the regular basis as far as sitting on our patio, and enjoying it the way we see for. IMO LAST SUGGESTION .. ALL PET OWNERS SHOULD LIVE IN ONE BUILDING DOGS WITH DOGS CATS WITH CATS ETC. It's not fair non pet owners should have to endure the noise a big or small pet ( specifically DOGS) running around over your head or have owners not controlling their dogs with uncontrollable barking. Other than that, the place is beautiful.I love it but more VISTOR PARKING THE TOWING IS OUT OF COBTROL
