    Great place to live, professional staff, clean environment

    We have lived here for a year and love it! The location is awesome - close to all the shopping and freeways. The complex is fairly large and well maintained. Lots of trees make the daily walk within the campus a real pleasure. The Seminole Wekiva trail is right adjacent, which is a huge bonus. No noisy neighbors and parking is never an issue, even if you do not have a designated spot or garage. Maintenance team is prompt and office staff have been responsive.
