Good apartment and the staff are very responsive

Nice location. The staff are nice and the maintenance team is awesome. They usually respond and fix my problems within a day or two. Very impressive!

Gated Society at Best Mountain View location

I have been living here from last almost 1.5 years. Management Company was changed in May 2021 and these guys are quite professional. Whitney is always open to listen any problems/concerns but it feels Landlord doesn't support much financially. Few units needs remodeling specially in Kitchen and bathroom areas. Gym is having less machines as i think that space used to be Community hall which later converted into Gym. Trade mill is broken and still there is no progress in either fixing or replacing it. Parking needs convex mirrors as well as 5 mile Speed limit sign to avoid any mishappening as few people drive quite fast in Parking area. Overall living experience till now is Okay.
