The property has an issue with false fire alarms, water heater breaking, elevators breaking, and garage gates breaking.

The apartment is stunning. New and clean, with all state-of-the-art amenities. The location is unbeatable because you have a nice big park right in front of the apartment building. It is a very nice neighborhood. The parking is also great because you got assigned parking without additional charge. Overall I would consider this is a great place to stay albeit expensive. It would be great to give renewing resident some promotions as well such that we will have no reason to move out. At the current state the cost is still high and we need to consider it.

The management is really bad. Managers are not professional. Overcharge. Maintenance response slow as well.

Apartment is good, but with some noise from trains and air forces. The management is really bad. Manager Melissa is not very polite, and they overcharge tenant.

It's a good place if you can afford it. The rent is very expensive and the train noise will force you to close the windows
