Overall a good place to live
Moved in recently and overall a good place to live. I only have 2 issues: parking and noise. My parking spot is in a tough spot against the wall under the apartment, and apparently parking spots are not able to be changed. This is really only a problem during moving / when it is raining since I can also park in another close by lot. I have also noticed a loud hum, I am assuming when the person above me is doing laundry. There is also a small hum coming from the hallway that has not been fixed yet. Hopefully both of these noises can be fixed by an electrician sometime soon. Everything else has been great.

Amazing property, location, and price
We've lived in Americana for the last 2.5 years, and it's been a terrific experience. The property is beautiful to walk around, and having a clubhouse and pool is a boon. The apartments are large, well lit, and well priced, and the location is as central as it gets in the Bay Area. Highly recommend.
