Overall no maintenance follow up. Area and rent price is decent.

I've lived here for almost a year and have no issues. Guest parking is difficult, but move-in was straightforward and the area is quiet, no complaints!

I enjoyed living here. It was generally pretty quiet and the price paid for the amount of space and amenities was well worth it. My only complaint was the noise. The walls and windows are so thin it's as if the windows are open which made it hard to sleep. The plumbing wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. Overall, I enjoyed living here!
