I have lived here since June, and while the location is convenient, my experience has been disappointing overall. There has been a persistent ant problem that remains unresolved despite multiple maintenance requests. Management responds to reports, but the treatments so far have not provided a lasting solution. The apartment itself shows its age. The wooden floors noticeably, the appliances are older and have already required repairs, and the kitchen is quite small, making cooking and storage difficult. Although the location is a definite plus, the ongoing pest issues, outdated features, and limited space make it hard to recommend this property without significant improvements.

Moved in this year and have loved living here. The location is great and are apartment is beautiful. Being right next to a large park is so convenient. The matenience team is so quick to fix and super helpful.
