Positives: 1. The quiet atmosphere is very pleasant. 2. The infrastructure is excellent. 3. The pool is fantastic. 4. The appliances are of great quality. Areas for Improvement: 1. The leasing office and staff could be more understanding and offer better service for general issues. 2. Access to mail is limited; having it only on Wednesdays and Fridays can be challenging. 3. Community-building events could be organized to foster engagement among residents.
