Review of Stella

I have lived here for 4 years, and to be honest it has steadily gotten worse with each new property manager (of which there have been about 3-4 in that time alone). The staff do not care about helping us, and I even had one tell me once that it's because they are the leasing office staff not the building staff. The maintenance people take weeks to come for simple requests. The package room is incredibly disorganized, and where many buildings will notify you if you receive a package they do not. Additionally the packages are not in the places they are supposed to be, so you have to spend 20 minutes just looking for packages. When the elevator was broken for over 10 months, there was little to no communication from the property managers about what was being done and when it would be done.

Live at Stella

The staff has changed like a revolving door which is crucial part of living in a community. We dont really build relationships because they arent here for long . Also it seems like our information is never filed away because im always asked the same question within a few months . Outside of that stella is a good complrx to live in .. still needs improvement though .

Living at Stella

I just moved here but so far I really am enjoying this apartment complex. It is such a change from where I lived previously. I love the location as it gives great access to so many things including groceries stores, coffee shops, the beach and great places to eat. Stella also has some really great and beautiful amenities that they are constantly working on and up keeping, which is nice to see. The staff is overall really friendly and helpful and the complex is quiet with chill and polite residents.

Staff is absolutely terrible

Staff will not do anything to help current tenants and only focus on getting new people to waste their money. I have had a leak in my apartment for months. It took me almost 2 years to get my sink fixed. They raise the rent as much as possible every time.

Building needs many updates

Great location but the building needs too many upgrades for the cost. In addition, they make it difficult for their residents in regards to maintenance, building inconveniences, etc.
