Management changed twice since I've lived here and there has a been a noticeable decline in security, amenities, maintenance / cleanliness and staff in particular. I am disappointed and not planning to renew.

You live here for the amenities. Staff is slow to respond and address issue. Constant outages and maintenance repairs.

People are nice but not always responsive. Some of the appliances have not worked up to par (A/C and Washer Dryer) but people came to fix them which is good. The area is way too noisy. Being next to Lincoln was a mistake. Too many motorcycles. Something needs to be done. Amenities are biggest pain point. The gym is half broken, the movie theatre cost a ridiculous amount to rent and the lounges also cost way too much per hour to rent. But overall, the lounges are in good conidition and I appreciate that furniture is being replaced. Really just need this gym to be fixed. The elevator button on the G level for dog park has been broken for more than 1 month now which is ridiculous. Please fix this. Thanks
