Perfect location and great customer service

Perfect location in LA! We are so close to everything, takes 4 minutes to get to the 405, 5 minutes walk to the Marina, bike trail that takes south along the coast for I don't even know how long. The staff here is always super helpful, Emery is very kind and quick at completing requests. Because of COVID the pool has reduced capacity and is by appointment only, and the gym and common rooms are closed but I hope to see those open soon. Love stella!!

Love by the Ocean

Stella by Common is an amazing place to live alone or with your family. The building with all its lovely amenities makes you life interesting and make your home a place where you want to get back ASAP. It’s your own small paradise and city in Marina Del Rey. I love one thing about being in Marina Del Rey...“far” from everything (the noise of Hollywood, specific sights of DTLA etc etc) I am still close – 20-25 min using a car and you are everywhere you want even if it’s the traffic time. Stella by Common – a life by the ocean and beauty of peace.

Common taking over is somehow worse than Lincoln

They switched management and I was hoping it would get better. It somehow got worse.

its ok

pls open the gym its the main reason i go the pricey apt.. its safer than grocery stores. thousands of people touch and put stuff back in pavillions or ralphs, meanhwhile maybe 40 people would use the gym in a day at their own risk and clean the equipment when they are done. please re-open the gym. Its a private community gym not equinox. Thank you
