1/15/25. Review from an applicant. Applied for unit 408 on 1/11/24 priced at $4300/month. They asked for the usual credit check, etc but on top of that they wanted 2 months rent upfront and personal references. During a rental shortage crisis. Our credit score is 780 and my husband makes 3x the monthly rent.

parking never works, staff is generally friendly on the lower levels, but higher levels are inept and are out of touch with reality. it is hard to get anything done. be warned before deciding to move here, not all that appears rosy, is....

Parking never works, staff is hit or miss where the parking guy is the nicest person and the middle management is aloof and ownership seems to be complicating matters more than helping. Cafe is decent and food is pretty solid but coffee is usually served cold in the to go jars. Site has incredible potentially but misses the mark is so many ways that can or can’t be fixed (parking situation is miserable with so many office tenants on site).

While I enjoy greatly the location and overall living at Inclave, the following can get (very) annoying: - Parking situation when it sometimes takes around 15-20 minutes to get my car - Peloton often not working - Internet outages (FYI we had one full week of internet outage and still had to pay for the full month) - No key access to the main gate so if our phone runs out of battery, we can't get in

My wife and I lived here for two years and absolutely loved it! The people are awesome, common areas are perfect for throwing events, the gym was great, the cafe is super yummy, and the parking was easy to use and very futuristic!
