My boys and I love it here at Mariner's Village!
I have been living here for 5 years and I will never leave. It is in the best location you could wish for, walking to the beach and can watch the boats in the marina from your deck. The amenities are great and the community is really good for kids and to walk your dog. Very friendly and helpful management and staff that treat you like family. We are from another country and we feel very welcome and supported here, we feel this is our home.

Great place with great staff. Amenities are excellent and the location can’t be beat. Highly recommend.
Living here has been fantastic, the staff and matience crew is amazing but above all tbe community is amazing. I couldnt have chosen a better apartment i will truly miss it.

I have been at residence for a little under 3 years and have loved every moment. The locations is great the floor plans are amazing and to add to an already desirable apartment the staff is out of this world. I highly recommend this apartment.
We love living at the Lucky, it's just that traffic and police/firefighter sirens can get real loud on Washington Blvd. Otherwise, Aldin is one of the best building managers I have ever worked with.

Laura, Chris, and Toran are all great and keep the building looking and running well.
The best apartment community I've lived it. The community is clean, common areas are really great, there is a true sense of community with the community events and community app, and most importantly, a management that cares.
