I like it

I’ve leared to make it work and appreciate the location. However, it would be good if our windows were washed from time to time. The windows are too heavy for me to lift out and the screens are to difficult to remove and replace. Some tenant with bicycles place their lbikes in parking space belonging to #121 and 201. Please have these tenants take their bikes indoors

Because my specific maintenance issues are repetitious I feel it is time for toilets in this building to be snaked from top 3rd floor down to the bottom level within the building. Also, The termite residue on one of my decks is frequent, please look into resolving this problem on a more long term basis Lastly, I appreciate that our windows were cleaned earlier this year, and would like the windows to be cleaned again soon. Thank you!
