The management company (who bought this building after I signed a lease with a different, responsible landlord) has consistently proven themselves to be more focused on flipping vacant units for higher rent than managing their occupied units and responsibly tending to tenants' work requests or concerns. Locks are changed without notice or keys, work orders go completely un-responded to, emergencies with water flooding inside from rainstorms (two nights in a row) are ignored if they happen on a weekend. Do not recommend. Oh, and the building is molding.
