Great apartment in a good location

The Joshua was the first apartment we had when moving to LA from the east coast 5 years ago and we have been here ever since. The staff and maintenance have always been helpful to us and we love the location. The apartment is safe which is a must and also has a good little gym, rooftop pool, and dog run in the back.

Nice apartments in a great location

I have lived at Joshua for 3 years now, the building is always kept clean, the units are good size and I have a sunset view over the hills which is very nice. The rooftop pool is a plus with nice views of DTLA and the hills. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part. Great location walking distance to many things.

Best Apartment

I have been living at The Joshua for a year now and am still so impressed by the staff. Whenever there are issues, they are handled with speed and care. The property is very clean and well managed, and the amenities are truly such a luxury in WEHO. I have no bad things to say. The residents here are also all very kind.
