Great Property But Mgmnt is Slow and Unresponsive at Times

Onsite manager tries very hard but is limited by Ownership & Management directors that slows maintenance and responsiveness to tenant concerns -- this as the building has now been registered a historical location in Los Angeles.

Do not bother

I am a new tenant at this apartment complex. I’ve only been here two months. This property management company has increased my fees of trash water and miscellaneous trash, admin fees and parking over $250. No other tenant has to pay this. I have had random inspections for the last two months of mandatory inspections to come into my home for the condition of the home, the air quality of my home, they have taken pictures of my home… Complete invasion of my privacy. it is a very cute home, absolutely adorable complex… The property management company will treat you like you were a child or some form of an inmate that they feel that they can do as they, please with you. It is not worth your time nor your money nor your peace. I am appalled that I have to experience this…

Great amenities and property manager

Our amenities, both in the building and unit, have been great so far. Parking space is large, allowing for lots of storage. CJ has been fantastic. Washer, drier, and dishwasher are all high quality, but we've had issues getting them to work properly (no gas or hot water for the first week).
