Nice people, a clean facility and, all things being equal, good prices. The very inexpensive truck they have available for tenants use is a fantastic extra...though they say it's free, it is actually $15 plus gas, which is unbelievably cheap...but the "free" advertised is a bit misleading. I’ve rented storage space several times when moving between jobs, and Saf Keep Storage Melrose in Los Angeles has been the best experience by far. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the facility was spotless—it even smelled clean! They offer access to a bathroom, a first for me at a storage facility.
