    My only complaint: i would love to use the dog park but its more like a gaint litter box and a health hazard for dogs. Would love to see it cleaned and a crack down on residents picking up after their dogs in there

    I had to find a place to live extremely quick because I accepted a new job here in NC & had 1 week to move up from Florida. I called & explained my situation to Jessica & she was so incredibly helpful! After hopping on a video call, she gave me a quick tour of the complex & the floor plan I had been interested in. Her friendliness & wealth of knowledge was one of the reasons I knew this was the place I wanted to be! The amenities are incredibly nice & I love my apartment. The move-in process was super smooth & the leasing office makes sure you are well aware of the policies & understand what you are signing in your lease. I wish every apartment complex was like this!

    This community used to be a great place to live with amenities that were accessible to all (Not this past summer or last for that matter). Now, prices have increased well past the value for the apartments, the office staff feel detached from the people who live here and the people living in the complex have stopped caring about the rules (noise, parking and trash) and the environment of the community. This is a such a pretty complex. The apartments are old (old appliances, rugs and color scheme) and need to be updated..
