Resident since june 24. management is very good and accessible. Maintenance is great. location for us is very good. We like the bright, sunny apartment. There are regular activities, but we do not do them. Would recommend to a friend.

This is great place tol live. The maintenace team stay on top all work order requests . The office staff are supportive are more than willing to assists with any requests and help you may need.

Its a really nice apartment perfedt for a family

I love my apartment it is convenient for me to get around being on the first floor easy access to everything.

They take care of the tennants, they not just care about the property or trying to make a profit they do take care of the people as well and they have beautiful personalities Miss Caitlin with Lisa and Mr Cesar they will fight for you and they take care of the homelessness as well and also the maintenance individuals they make sure everything is up the part in your apartment we just have to let them know.

Right now I really thank God cuz I have no complaints maintenance is Curtis and they are so respectful and so is the office staff beautiful individuals they even work with me and take time with me even with my disability Miss Lisa the gentleman I can't think of his name wonderful individual Miss Caitlin I know sometime with my TBI it can be annoying but they show so much love and they show so much understanding and they take time to listen to me whether I stutter or not. I know things getting ready to change but the maintenance staff and the office staff I really prayed that don't change because you can find people who really care about the tennis the way this group of people do thank you all so much for always being there for me I APPRECIATE YOU ALL. THANK YOU

I am a new resident of Legacy Commons, having moved in on January 20, 2025. I was living in Sun City Center, FL, before moving to MN, so it was a complicated move with much to do: hire a moving company, pack up, and finalize the sale of my house. I took time out to visit the property prior to moving in and was impressed with what I saw. The staff was invaluable and supported me the entire time while preparing for the long-distance move. The property is well maintained, shopping is close by, and I am pleased with my chosen apartment.

The staff are awesome its safe the location is beautiful easy to get to the places you meed to get to.

I really love living at legends at berry! It has being our home for the past 3 years.

I'm a life long Twin Cities Resident and former home owner! I've researched, very carefully for a place to drop anchor for the last time, when I came across Legends at Berry Apartments I stopped looking. This location is situated like an Island in between two cities. It has access to both cities transportation infrastructures and close access to river scenic parks. The property has all I need to exist with little of the stressful factors of my working life. I have only lived here for only three plus months, but I anticipate that this is going to work. If you like urban life in a great metropolitan area, this would be a great place to start. I'm still

We have lived here almost 3 years. The Staff and residents are both great. Maintenance moves very quickly and efficiently.

I love the high ceilings and all the amenities, especially the washer and dryer! The resident's and staff are very friendly.

The Eagan Place apartments are a wonderful place to live! They are in a great location; close to lots of shopping places. The apartments are spacious and are great since the renovations that took place. The staff is very friendly and responds quickly to maintenance issues.

A good place to live in. Close to the highways, plenty of places to dine out, parks within a short walk or drive, quiet. The staff here are amazing. Maintenance always attended to promptly.

All are good parking ammunitiies still yet to explore everything

I really enjoyed the quiet and nice view from our apartment patio. The management and maintenance was great and on top of everything, The location is perfect and close to things. My only complaint is that their washers destroyed my 5 brand new bras ripping them up...Things would get caught and torn in the rubber seal, I'm guessing. They're on top of the snow plowing and the school buses drop the kids off at the front entrance.
