Management talks down to residents. Their are urine stains up and down the hallways. I complained about it when I first moved in here and I was told the carpet was going to be cleaned It's been a year now and I have made several complaints about this and it's still not done.

I am a new resident of Legacy Commons, having moved in on January 20, 2025. I was living in Sun City Center, FL, before moving to MN, so it was a complicated move with much to do: hire a moving company, pack up, and finalize the sale of my house. I took time out to visit the property prior to moving in and was impressed with what I saw. The staff was invaluable and supported me the entire time while preparing for the long-distance move. The property is well maintained, shopping is close by, and I am pleased with my chosen apartment.

The best way to reach the staff members is through email. Doors are not always open. When the doors are open you feel like an intruder. Some staff members nicer than others. Property is beautiful, inside and out. More people should take more pride in where they live and clean up after themselves.
