Love the apartment and location. I just wish the process and fees to move to a different unit was better and i wish we had more visitor parking spots

I would recommend living here, great staff, great location, responsive maintenance requests. Upstairs neighbor steps can be heard frequently, previous upstairs neighbor wasn't an issue.
Knox Heights has been a joy to call home. The staff is friendly and the apartment is clean and well designed to maximize space. I have loved living here and recommend it to any one looking.
