Gables Villa Rosa is the best residence I've lived in. The location is incredible, the complex is usually very clean, and maintenance is very friendly and fast. Any time we have had a problem, maintenance has responded, paid a visit, and fixed the issues within a week at most, but usually within 24 hours. I've never had a problem finding a parking space, and the visitor parking situation is the best of any residential complex I've lived in. The only cons I can think of would be the occasional random times the fire alarms go off and that the elevator has stopped working a few times, but both problems are usually remedied quickly. I love my apartment!
