The people in the office are very nice and will help you with all your needs. They have great maintenance men that come to fix any problems you let them know about the very next day if not sooner if it is an emergency. Great neighborhood and we are next to the library and recreation center across the street!! That is a bonus!!

Sent a maintenance request in and in less than 20 minutes maintenance was at the door. Took about 10 minutes or so and he cleared the stoppage. Excellent response. As I often remark, the management of the complex is quietly competent and and of course, appreciated.

I like that the covered parking is included and the up-keep of the property is great. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

I was lucky to find my place at Bristol Apartments. Great location with easy access to everything and competitive pricing in comparison other apartments in the area. Management has been great from the very beginning and maintenance just as great. The grounds are well maintained and the gym though not the biggest it still has the basics to enjoy a good workout. Great place to make it home!

Cindy was extremely helpful and answered every single of the million questions I had. The apartment itself is gorgeous! Once I saw it I didn't even look anywhere else, and signed the lease the next morning. I'm glad the Case Building's garages are above ground instead of going underground, it definitely helps when taking up any groceries. I'm thankful to be a part of this community, thank you Cindy for all your help and patience!
