Pets allowed. Animals are accepted , no more than two animals each weighing 50 pounds or less full-grown are allowed per apartment. Animals must be no less than six (6) months of age. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. See list below for animals not allowed. Pet rent of $20.00 will be added to the monthly rent. A $150.00 deposit, a $150.00 non-refundable animal fee and prior approval from management will be required. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20- gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease. It takes forever for a work order to be done and I still have not gotten my restroom wall painted It took almost 7 months for them to redo my tub
Great place
Overton Park apts is a good place to live. Office staff is very helpful and nice. Maintenance men do a great job on work orders and keeping the area clean. Some residents just throw their trash on the ground in front of the dumpster, but the maintenance guys are sweet enough to clean up after them even though they shouldn't have to. I am renewing my lease for another year. I highly recommend these apartments and they are reasonably priced.
