By far the coolest place to live in Deep Ellum. The only issue at this time is the construction which makes the place super noisy. That said, I'm hanging here because the staff and the actual space is aMAZING .

I've lived here for almost 4 years now and am very glad that I moved here. I've had many previous apartment complex companies that I have had problems with, so I'm very relieved to have a place that I really like and actually want to write a good review for. First of all, the loft style and aesthetic of the building is just so cool. The community and being in Deep Ellum is also unique and fun. You get to know your neighbors and local businesses. It's on the "quiet side" of DE, so it's not in the middle of all the loud entertainment district, but within walking distance for when you want a fun night out. Staff is great and very friendly. My maintenance requests are always promptly taken care of. The building, inside and out, are well maintained and constantly being cleaned. Office staff is also great and helpful as needed. I'll sandwich the one thing that could use help, and that's the entrances and key fobs tend to be difficult. They need some technical attention. Moreso for convenience, but worth mentioning so you know it's an honest review. I feel that I have a great value, and the rent hasn't increased too unreasonably. Each year I'm bracing myself for a huge jump, and have been thankful that it's stayed within reason. Overall, I highly recommend Futura, or any of the Deep Ellum Lofts properties.

Futura has been a creative space for me. The huge windows and beautiful light keep me inspired every day. I love the staff (especially Denise and Stephanie) and I am always excited to come home.
