When things need to be fixed someone is always there to help and fix the problem. Also I always feel safe in the building. My only concern is the parking garage

New To Ravello and State Thomas Neighborhood

We moved to Ravello in mid-September and are enjoying our stay. The staff has always been SUPER nice to us. The building is older; however, renovations are underway to refresh. Our apartment looks as advertised: Nice appliances, tile shower, soaker tub, large closet in master, lofty ceilings, crown molding, and concrete walls/ceilings/floors. Rarely do I hear my neighbors. The residents that we've met here at Ravello have been very nice. We actually know some of our neighbors! The staff / team sponsors multiple resident events. Did I mention location? You can't beat the location---multiple bars, restaurants, shops --all within three blocks. You can even grab the trolley a couple of hundred feet from the building, on the corner of Allen and McKinney. We are happy with the move and State Thomas Ravello. When shopping for an apartment, be sure to give this property a strong look.

Great place to live in Uptown

We've lived at State Thomas Ravello for almost 2 years and have loved living here. The location is fantastic and in the center of everything. We've really appreciated the ongoing upgrades throughout the complex as well. Maintenance issues are inevitable especially in a building this old but the maintenance crew is extremely nice and helpful so we've never had any problems.
